- 1 Tablespoon Mustard I prefer whole grain. Dijon is great for a spicy kick!
- 1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
Combine mustard (1 tablespoon), apple cider vinegar (1/3 cup), salt (1 teaspoon), pepper to taste together in a bowl with a whisk, or add to a shaker bottle and shake to combine.
Add olive oil (1 cup) and stir/shake once more.
Taste and adjust to your liking. Enjoy!
