Preheat oven to 450F and spray a muffin tin pan with cooking spray.
Sift the almond flour (1 1/2 cup) into a large bowl. Whisk in the baking powder (1 tablespoon), salt (1/4 cup), and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk the sour cream (1/2 cup) and eggs (2) together. Slowly add in the butter (4 tablespoon). Whisk until completely smooth.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, as well as the cheddar (1/2 cup), chives (2 tablespoons), and bacon (1/4 cup). Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
Evenly divide the batter into 9 muffin tin cavities. Bake in preheated oven for 9-11 minutes. You'll know the biscuits are done once their tops are golden. Allow them to cool slightly in the pan before removing, and enjoy!
