Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Line baking sheet with a cut sheet of parchment paper (or Silpats).
  • Form flat mounds of parmesan cheese on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the top with seasoning (if desired!)
  • Bake time will vary with how large your crisps are. Mine were 3-4" round, and I baked them for 10 minutes.
  • Allow crisps to slightly harden/cool on the baking sheet before moving.
