Parmesan Crisps

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line baking sheet with a cut sheet of parchment paper (or Silpats).
Form flat mounds of parmesan cheese on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the top with seasoning (if desired!)
Bake time will vary with how large your crisps are. Mine were 3-4" round, and I baked them for 10 minutes.
Allow crisps to slightly harden/cool on the baking sheet before moving.
