Pesto Chicken Salad

  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup Pesto
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt (depending on how much salt is in your pesto! Mine is very lightly salted so I added this in)


  • 3 Cups Chicken Breast chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Pinenuts
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Quartered


  • In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad, and stir to combine.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors combine, and enjoy!
