Pesto Chicken Salad

Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 Cup Pesto
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt (depending on how much salt is in your pesto! Mine is very lightly salted so I added this in)
Salad
- 3 Cups Chicken Breast chopped
- 1/2 Cup Celery finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Pinenuts
- 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Quartered
In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad, and stir to combine.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors combine, and enjoy!
