Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1/4 Cup Dill fresh + chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Garlic minced

Salad:

  • 3 Cup Chicken cooked + cubed
  • 1/2 Cup Celery chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Red Onion chopped
  • 1 Cup Feta crumbled. Optional, but I LOVE it!

Instructions

  • Add dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Add salad ingredients to a large bowl and combine.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and thoroughly incorporate.
  • Store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy!
