Low Carb Cosmopolitan
Servings :1 Cocktail
Add raspberries to a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle.
Add vodka, orange extract, erythritol, lime juice and ice.
Cover and shake.
Strain cosmo into a martini glass
Garnish with lime wheel and enjoy!
Lakanto, Swerve, or Erythritol. I stick to Lakanto and Swerve which are a 1:1 swap with traditional sugar. If using a different brand of Erythritol, keep in mind it's 70% as sweet as sugar, so you may need to add more to taste.
Traditionally, cosmos are made with cranberry juice, which is extremely high in sugar and carbs. Since cranberries aren’t easy (or tasty) to muddle, I opted for raspberries instead!
