Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add raspberries (2) to a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle.
  • Add citrus vodka (1 1/2 Ounce), orange extract (1/4 teaspoon), erythritol (1 teaspoon),lime juice (1/2 Ounce) and ice.
  • Cover and shake.
  • Strain cosmo into a martini glass
  • Garnish with lime wheel and enjoy!

Notes

  • Lakanto, Swerve, or Erythritol. I stick to Lakanto and Swerve which are a 1:1 swap with traditional sugar. If using a different brand of Erythritol, keep in mind it's 70% as sweet as sugar, so you may need to add more to taste.
  • Traditionally, cosmos are made with cranberry juice, which is extremely high in sugar and carbs. Since cranberries aren’t easy (or tasty) to muddle, I opted for raspberries instead!
