- 3 Avocado ripe
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/2 Cup Onion diced
- 1/2 Cup Tomatoes seeded and diced
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Clove Garlic minced
Cut ripe avocados (3) in half and remove the pit.
Scoop the avocados into a large bowl.
Add lime juice (2 tablespoons), salt (1/2 teaspoon), ground cumin (1/2 teaspoon), cayenne ( 1/2 teaspoon) and give everything a stir.
Use the back of a fork to mash the ingredients together.
Fold in diced onions (1/2 cup), diced tomatoes (1/2 cup), fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons) and minced garlic (1 clove).
Serve cold and enjoy!
- Avocados. Go for haas! They’re higher in fat, creamier and WAY more delicious than regular (sorry Florida ?).
