Arrange salmon, carrots, and broccoli on a rimmed baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon pepper, lemon juice, and melted butter. Set aside 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper butter before moving forward.
Drizzle the lemon butter over the salmon and veggies, and toss to coat the veggies.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through. Drizzle salmon with additional lemon pepper before serving, and enjoy!
