- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces green beans trimmed
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- Pinch Black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once shimmering add the green beans and toss to coat in the oil. After a minute or two, sprinkle with salt, and pepper. Continue to saute green beans until they're almost completely done, about 9-11 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 additional minutes. Remove from heat immediately and enjoy!
