1/2 Cup Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Chives 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley or 1 teaspoon fresh parsley 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed or 1 teaspoon fresh dill 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder 1/8 Teaspoon Salt 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
