Ingredients

  • 12 ounces broccoli florets about 1 head. Cut into even sized florets
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Option to line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Place broccoli on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Toss to evenly coat, then spread broccoli in a single layer on your baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in preheated oven until the florets are brown around the edges and the stems are soft. Enjoy!
