  • Add quartered lime to a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the juices.
  • Add erythritol, tequila, water, orange extract, and ice. Cover cocktail shaker with the lid and shake until the shaker becomes frosty.
  • OPTIONAL (make a salt rim): pour kosher salt on a plate (enough salt for the diameter of your glass). Rub a lime wedge around the edge of the glass, then dip in the salt.
  • Fill glass with ice, then the cocktail. Serve with a lime, and enjoy!
