Add lime (1 quartered) to a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the juices.
Add erythritol (1/2- 3/4 teaspoon), tequila (1 1/2 Ounces), water (3 Ounces), orange extract (1/4 teaspoon) and ice. Cover cocktail shaker with the lid and shake until the shaker becomes frosty.
OPTIONAL (make a salt rim): pour kosher salt on a plate (enough salt for the diameter of your glass). Rub a lime wedge around the edge of the glass, then dip in the salt.
Fill glass with ice, then the cocktail. Serve with a lime, and enjoy!
Notes
Lakanto, Swerve, or Erythritol. I stick toLakanto andSwerve which are a 1:1 swap with traditional sugar. If using a different brand of Erythritol, keep in mind it's 70% as sweet as sugar, so you may need to add more to taste.
