Low Carb Margarita

Add quartered lime to a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the juices.
Add erythritol, tequila, water, orange extract, and ice. Cover cocktail shaker with the lid and shake until the shaker becomes frosty.
OPTIONAL (make a salt rim): pour kosher salt on a plate (enough salt for the diameter of your glass). Rub a lime wedge around the edge of the glass, then dip in the salt.
Fill glass with ice, then the cocktail. Serve with a lime, and enjoy!
