Low Carb Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Swerve or Lakanto (see sweetener notes below) powdered
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. (you can also do this in a blender!)
  • Store in the fridge, and enjoy!

Lindsey's Tips

Lakanto, Swerve, or Erythritol. I stick to Lakanto and Swerve which are a 1:1 swap with traditional sugar. If using a different brand of Erythritol, keep in mind it's 70% as sweet as sugar, so you may need to add more to taste.
Nutritional Information is based on a serving size of 2 Tablespoons. This recipe makes about 40 tablespoons of ketchup, so 2 tablespoons would give you 20 servings.
How to cut some carbs: You can use less tomato concentrate — the taste wont be as delicious, but it's an option!
