Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Salad:

  • 3 Cups Chicken cooked + cubed
  • 1 Cup Celery diced
  • 1 Cup Apples diced
  • 1 Cup Almonds slivered
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut (optional) shredded + unsweetened

Instructions

  • Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over your salad and stir to evenly coat.
  • Chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving, and enjoy!
