Chicken Salad with Apples

Dressing:
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
Salad:
- 3 Cups Chicken cooked + cubed
- 1 Cup Celery diced
- 1 Cup Apples diced
- 1 Cup Almonds slivered
- 1/2 Cup Coconut (optional) shredded + unsweetened
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over your salad and stir to evenly coat.
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving, and enjoy!
