Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Tarragon fresh
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Peel grated
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla

Salad

  • 2 Cups Chicken Breast chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds slivered

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad, and stir to combine.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors combine, and enjoy!
