Ham Roll Ups
Ham roll ups with cream cheese and a pickle are officially the most AMAZING low carb snack, appetizer or lunch!

- 16 Slices Deli Sliced Ham I used smoked
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese block, softened
- 1/2 Cup Chives fresh, minced
- 16 Cornichons can also use pickle spears sliced into 1/2 strips
Lay 1 slice of ham on a flat surface.
Spread with cream cheese.
Sprinkle with chives.
Place 2 cornichons at one edge of your ham.
Place 4 evenly spaced toothpicks into the sliced ham.
Slice the ham in between toothpicks into 4 even bites.
Repeat until you’ve used all your ham, cream cheese and cornichons. Enjoy!
