Ham roll ups with cream cheese and a pickle are officially the most AMAZING low carb snack, appetizer or lunch!

Ingredients

  • 16 Slices Deli Sliced Ham I used smoked
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese block, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Chives fresh, minced
  • 16 Cornichons can also use pickle spears sliced into 1/2 strips

Instructions

  • Lay 1 slice of ham on a flat surface.
  • Spread with cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle with chives.
  • Place 2 cornichons at one edge of your ham.
  • Roll tightly.
  • Place 4 evenly spaced toothpicks into the sliced ham.
  • Slice the ham in between toothpicks into 4 even bites.
  • Repeat until you’ve used all your ham, cream cheese and cornichons. Enjoy!
