Bacon Butter

Bacon butter is the scrumptious low carb and keto compound butter you didn't know you needed, but will never be able to live without!

Ingredients

  • 8-10 Slices Bacon I use 9 — depends on how much bacon flavor you'd like
  • 1/2 Cup Butter softened
  • 12 Chive "sprigs"

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat.
  2. Once cooked, place bacon on a paper towel lined plate to absorb excess grease.
  3. Add bacon, butter and chives to a food processor.
  4. Using 1 second intervals, "pulse" the butter ingredients together until the chives and bacon have reached your desired size — make sure to clean the sides of the food processor with a rubber spatula every few pulses.
  5. Store butter in the fridge, and enjoy!
