  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro leaves only
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream or low carb greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt


  1. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit/skin. Place avocado in the food processor.
  2. Add all other ingredients to food processor, and process until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
