My fridge is permanently stocked with low carb Greek yogurt… Whenever you’re craving something sweet, mix in erythritol, and top it with some chopped low carb nuts (a little crunch makes everything better).
Every bit as tasty as ice cream.

With the right ingredients and recipe, you’ll quickly find that energy balls don’t have to be the sugar bombs they often are.
