7. Keto Granola
I usually LOVE to make my own keto granola, as it’s so easy to do and great for making in bulk, but this is a great product when making your own isn’t an option!
Low Karb Granola uses the same ingredients I use in my homemade recipe — don’t you LOVE when products keep their ingredient list simple?
1/3 Cup:

- 3 g net carbs
8. Lily’s Chocolate Bars
If chocolate is a beloved part of your daily routine, then you NEED to check out Lily’s chocolate bars. They come in all sorts of delectable flavors.

Think beyond sushi my friends… seaweed makes for a great chip-like snack!
You can also use it for mini sushi rolls with some chopped low carb veggies and smoked salmon. Yum!
1 Pack:
- 1 g carbs
- 0 g net carbs
20. Epic Artisanal Pork Rinds Salt Pepper
You either love ’em or you hate ’em…
I’m a BIG fan. We use them in lieu of bread crumbs to add texture to “fried” recipes and a crunch to casseroles. They’re also DELISH on their own!
Epic is my favorite brand, dig in and let me know what you think!
.5 Ounces:
- 0g carbs
- 0g net carbs
21. Cello Whisps Cheese Crisps
Crispy, crunchy cheese, made for you so you don’t have to bother with the oven! These guys are light and airy, yet filling due to their high protein content.

22. Lowrey’s Bacon Curls Microwave Pork Rinds
Alright, again, if you hate pork rinds, this one isn’t for you. BUT! If you like them, this is a REALLY cool way to curb your popcorn cravings!
Microwave them in a small bag and enjoy it with your favorite movie, just like the good old days.

High Protein Keto Snacks
Whether you’re getting ready for a workout, or need a little protein punch between meals, these high protein keto snacks are here to help!
Here are my top choices for the protein-packed stuff:

27. Canned Tuna
This is another pantry staple we like to load up on. It’s part of our emergency stash, as it can be eaten on its own or mixed with a handful of pantry ingredients for a more well-rounded meal.
I like making tuna salad and serving it with keto crackers!
1 Serving:
- 1g carbs
- 0.5g net carbs
28. Meat Sticks
Of allll the meat links out there, these are my fave. So juicy and packed with flavor, I find myself eating WAY more than I should, frequently.
I usually opt for the original, but haven’t disliked a flavor yet!
2 (Original):
- <1g carbs
- <1g net carbs
29. Kalahari Biltong
Jerky (and biltong) is SO packed with protein and typically high in fat.
That said, not all jerkies are low carb jerky — sugar is often used. In fact, traditional jerky has around 10g of carbs per serving!
This is one of my favorite brands, with no added sugar and carbs!
1 Pack:
- <1 g carbs
- <1 g net carbs
No Carb Snacks
If no carb snacks are what you’re looking for, you have a few options from this list. Keep in mind, you’ll need to read specific product labels to ensure the low carb snacks from Amazon you grab do in fact have zero carbs.
Generally speaking, these are the snacks with zero carbs:
- Cheese snacks
- Pork rinds
- Jerkies/Meat sticks
- Tuna
- Protein powder
